IT manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT manager (m/f/d) who will keep our computer systems in perfect working order and adapt them to our needs and requirements. You will oversee the structure of the entire system within the group of companies. You will be responsible for implementing new systems in consultation with senior management and maintaining all company computer systems.
If you have experience in managing employees and bring technical expertise and extensive knowledge from IT practice with you, then we would like to get to know you better.
We are looking for one for our main location in Europe as soon as possible
Your tasks:
- Main responsibility over the information technology and computer systems
- Planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of IT processes
- Development of IT concepts for optimal use in the company
- Advising employees with information technology problems
- Maintenance of PCs, servers and telecommunications
- Ensuring data security, network access and backup systems IT staff manage, coordinate, direct and coach with regard to the to be processed
- To manage, coordinate, direct and coach IT staff in relation to the tasks to be performed and the expectations for the company's development
- Design, implement and coordinate new systems, policies and procedures
- Identifying critical areas and implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner
- Use the annual budget cost-effectively
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in IT
- First professional experience in the field of IT management
- Specialist knowledge in technical management, in information analysis and in the area of computer software and hardware systems
- Hands-on mentality for problems with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- First experiences in personnel management

Your tasks
- Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows clients and servers (physical and virtual) as well as other SAP providers
- Ensuring system availability, proactive fault management
- Implementation of backup and disaster recovery strategies
- User and group management in Active Directory
- Advice and support for colleagues on site and remotely
- Construction, maintenance and further development of the existing IT structure
- Coordination of all activities with the various locations
Your profile
- You have completed training or a degree in the field of information technology (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable relevant professional experience
- You have experience in the area of helpdesk/support (Windows, MS Office ADOBE, macOS, iOS) as well as in backup/restore (Acronis, Veeam)
- Sound knowledge in the areas of update management and deployment (WSUS/WDS)
- Safe handling of virtualization solutions (VMWare, Hyper-V)

Objective/purpose of the function
The function pursues the goal of establishing an online bank within our group of companies, which is a logical goal of our expansion strategy due to the size of our databases with currently around 1 billion contacts. The bank director is responsible for the goal- and result-oriented planning and management of the bank. He has the licenses to run a bank.
Main tasks
- Directive Responsibility within the framework of operational personnel-related decisions
- Conducting regular appraisal interviews with the entrusted resp. in the development of employees hired by him, mainly using the bank's own management tools.
- Initiation and participation in personnel development, personnel requirements planning, personnel selection
- Perception of an extremely committed, sales-strong, inspiring role model function
- As a sales-strong role model, methodological and technical support for the assigned consultants in the context of regular coaching sessions to ensure the long-term quality of advice
- Representation and communication of the bank in the respective market area as well as maintenance and expansion of the bank's market position. The representative tasks include events outside the business premises
- Independent implementation of the corporate strategy in the bank
